This is how it works …

 

1.) The Dermatology differentiates between different layers of skin: epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue. Blisters are caused by heavy loads, such as constant pressure or friction on the epidermis.

 

Runners Tape is your further "skin layer" and thus reduces friction. Simply cut the sole to the right size. We have already worked out the right amount for you.

 

 A quick look under your foot: The sole is dry, clean and free of grease?

2.) Stick your Runners Tape directly on the clean sole of your foot. Preferably with little tension from the toes to the heel. If wrinkles appear, it is best to work them with scissors: carefully cut and smooth. Because the smoother the tape is on the feet, the higher the effectiveness against blistering..

An optimally fitting sports sock favors the result.

 

Our tip: Apply the tape 30 minutes before the run - this way the glue can develop better and your feet get used to the tape.
